Hailing from Edmonton, Alberta, I am a WNBF Bikini Pro, a dedicated personal trainer, and a passionate advocate for health and wellness in the Indigenous community. At 36, my journey in fitness has been shaped by a commitment to uplift others through health and wellness. My professional milestones include winning 1st place at my Pro debut in Edmonton in 2017 and achieving Top 5 at the WNBF World Championships in 2021. Do I need access to a gym?

While having access to a gym can provide a wider range of equipment for your training, if you prefer or need to train at home, adjustments can be made to your workout plan to suit your available resources.

When can I expect to see results?
